What a personal achievement!
On Sunday 19 June, Olivier participated with huge success in the IronMan France Triathlon in Nice which attracted 1450 participants from all over the world. This first edition of the IronMan triathlon in Nice consists of 3.8 kms swimming, 180 kilometers biking and a marathon (42,195 kilometers).
Olivier who has been participating in numerous Triathlon races for the last 4 years achieved on Sunday one of his best swims ever as he came 6th out the water, and his good performance during the bike and the run placed him 15th overall.
Olivier's future tri-athletic projects? After a few weeks dedicated to recovering, he will start preparing again for the IronMan South Africa in Spring 2006 and will try to qualify for the IronMan world championship that takes place every autumn in Kona (Hawaii).
Right now, however, Olivier next professional challenge will be the Italian Insurance seminar starting on July 1st.
