The Unisys International Management Centre (UIMC) operates with a pricing policy based on pre-defined packages.

A few examples of standard packages are listed below. The centre is at your disposal to establish a personalised quotation which is adapted to your own event

Morning conference package with lunch

• Welcome coffee
• Welcome documentation package
• 3 course lunch or buffet, wine and coffee
• Coffee break
• Conference room with audiovisual equipment
• Full event management and logistic including:
  • Event publication on the web
  • On-line registration and guest management
  • Badges, participant lists
•   Access to business centre and WIFI
•   Access to sports facilities: fitness room, sauna, jacuzzi,
  petanque, tennis court, swimming pool and mountain bikes
• Daily newspapers 
•   A dedicated event manager throughout the event

as from 64 € VAT included per participant

Full day conference package including lunch

• Welcome coffee
• Welcome documentation package
• 3 course lunch or buffet, wine and coffee
• Coffee break
• Conference room with audiovisual equipment
  • Full event management and logistic including:
  • Event publication on the web
  • On-line registration and guest management
• Badges, participant lists

as from 79 € VAT included per participant

Other packages are available

• Half-residential with room and breakfast
  as from 198 € VAT included
• Residential with room and breakfast
  as from 253 € VAT included
• All-inclusive package from A to Z with customized services  - as per quotation
• Preferential prices are granted to Unisys worldwide clients and business partners
