FC1	USCG	OSC	GS00T99ALD0212	Designed, analyzed, procured and implemented solutions for USCG Operations Systems Center facilities and data center including system administration, network connectivity, software/hardware evaluation, performance assessment, and integration. Provided Computer Security and Risk Management services including Security Test and Evaluation plans, as well as incident and crisis response for USCG systems.

FC2	USCG	OSC	GS00T99ALD0212	Designed, developed, tested, maintained and provided training in Mission Critical applications to support Coast Guard Law Enforcement, Marine Safety and Environmental Protection, Accounting and Inventory Systems, and Graphics Information Systems.

Developed system design documentation and developed software evaluation criteria. Currently Unisys is in the process of developing and testing the managerial cost accounting software.
FC5	TSA	OCIO	DTSA20-02-D-00485	Created a business transformation model addressing four key IT enterprise processes: Strategy, Capital Planning and Investment Control, Systems Development Lifecycle, and Enterprise Architecture. Designed and implemented a change management program to socialize and institutionalize the change.
